I haven’t tried safari, but if it has that many bugs I’ll be sure to stay with what I know, Firefox. Plus from the comments safari sounds like you either love it or hate it with little inbetween.

IE is worse. Safari is good like Firefox. I use it in my mobile phone. Try FF 3.0 Beta too. Goodjob

There are a lot many software’s which are very much awaited by the people. These softwares are the best in their capability and are not required to be advertised. These are wanted by a lot many people and a lot are attracted towards it.

I do agree that IE is the worst of all. My vote for firefox. Safari also one of my favorite. Come 2nd beside firefox.

I find Safari anti-aliasing for texts and the fonts they use hard to adjust =/ Is it just me? I’m sticking with my Firefox + AdBlock Plus =P

Safari is great, but lacks the extendibility that Firefox has.

I’ve played with Safari for Windows a bit … and in my ( somewhat limited ) experience, it’s faster but less accurate / standards compliant than other browsers. Actually, it’s a bit like an employee who shows up late, leaves early, and tells you the job is done: sounds like great productivity, but not all that helpful in the real world…

Still, it’s better than IE.

Safari performs, but I don’t care for the interface. Firefox on mac isn’t very good. After a long stint using Omniweb, which I dropped when it went commercial, I switched to Camino, and I just can’t get myself to use another browser. The only drawback to Camino is the lack of extensions compared to Firefox.

Safari for Windows: Is the 3.0.2 update only available through software update? Or does the link to the Apple website download 3.0.2 as a complete package? I still haven’t been able to get it to work on XP SP2 so i’m not sure if this latest download/update is worth bothering with.
